1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how firstlookproperty.co.uk uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Notice.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a computer, phone or other device when a website is visited. Some are deleted when the browser closes; others remain for a set period. Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage.
3. The current position on this Website
At the effective date of this policy, FirstLook does not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, social-media pixels or personalisation cookies on its public Website pages.
A technical review of the public Home, Services, Features and Get in Touch pages did not identify cookies being set during ordinary public browsing. Because website software and hosting security can change, the categories below explain the limited technologies that may be involved in operating the Website.

5. Google Fonts
The Website currently requests the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts. This is not used by FirstLook to set an advertising or analytics cookie. When the font is requested, Google may receive technical information such as the requesting device’s IP address, browser information and the requested font file. Google’s own privacy information applies to its independent handling of that request.
6. Calendly and external links
The ‘Book a Friendly Call’ or similar booking button is a link to a separate Calendly page; Calendly is not currently embedded within the FirstLook Website. No Calendly cookie is intentionally placed merely because you view a FirstLook page. If you follow the link, Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie arrangements.
The same principle applies to other external links, including social-media platforms: their own cookie choices and policies apply after you visit them.
7. Your choices
Because the public Website does not currently use non-essential cookies, it does not presently display a consent banner. If non-essential cookies are introduced, FirstLook will update this policy and provide an appropriate way to accept or reject them before they are used where the law requires consent.
You can also control or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent some website functions or forms from working correctly.
8. Changes to the Website
We will review this policy when website features or providers change. In particular, adding analytics, advertising tools, embedded booking forms, maps, video players, payment tools or social-media feeds may introduce new cookies or similar technologies and may require a consent banner.
